In certain instances you may be eligible for a refund if desired. To request a refund please follow the steps below:
1. Familiarize yourself with our Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy is directly linked from the online Store page, or you can click here. Refunds will not be honored when the request does not fall within our Refund Policy.
2. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, send a request to our support email address. You must include your transaction/receipt number and both the name and email address used for registration. Note that your transaction/receipt number is not the same as your serial number.
Please note that we incur a payment fee for accepting the initial payment by our payment provider (Braintree/PayPal), as well as an additional payment fee for sending the refund itself. Therefore please be sure your refund request complies with our refund policy, as we are unable to offer refunds outside of our policy. If you have made a mistake when making your purchase, please do not re-purchase and seek a refund: instead reach out to our support staff with the necessary information so your purchase can be reissued.
