Is it possible to open several instances of the same application from different install folders (several copies off the entire application with their own EXE files) and have them all have different IP addresses? I currently can do this with another VPN but with only 2 applications and one of them being bypassed by the VPN. Can you target specific application files with Viscosity?

Thanks!

Hi,

I'm afraid that is not something that Viscosity has inbuilt support for. However you have a couple of options:

1. You could setup multiple SOCKS proxies (either on each VPN server listening on the internal VPN IP, or on a server/computer that will go through the VPN connection) and then set up each instance of your application to use that SOCKS proxy. Essentially the approach documented at: viewtopic.php?p=10001#p10001

2. You could use a third-party tool like "ForceBindIP" to attempt to launch and bind each application instance to a VPN network adapter. I'm afraid this isn't something we've tested, but it can't hurt to give it a try.
