DNS issue with Private Internet Access

Hi there.
I started having connectivity issues with my old connections with Private Internet Access. The connections would no longer connect. I replaced all the connections with fresh downloads of their configuration files. Now all the connection successfully set up, but the DNS settings don't work.
It seems that PIA is providing 10.0.0.243 as the DNS server address. Name resolution is not working. I can fix this by setting my own DNS servers in all the connections (kind of a pain). Sending all traffic over the VPN connection does not fix it. Using the native PIA client, 10.0.0.243 is the assigned DNS server and things work fine.
What is the recommended approach? Is anyone aware of some change on PIA's part?
