Applescript Hook for Google Auth codes?

I just got myself a nice Yubikey and it can generate TOTP codes just like Google Authenticator. I was thinking of plugging it into Viscosity so that I could stop typing in Google Auth codes every time I connect, but I couldn't see any obvious place to hook into the connect sequence where I can provide the TOTP code. The only thing I've seen are the standard examples for connecting e.g., a file server when the VPN connects. Am I missing something?
