Hi bubi54,
Thanks very much for your contribution! The first screenshot is caused by the UserpassWindow.strings file simply have ANSI encoding instead of UTF-8. If you are using Notepad++, simply go to the Encoding menu then click Convert to UTF-8 and save the file, this will fix that issue. If you used Notepad or Word in Windows to change the files, it can sometimes convert the encoding of a file when you save it. We'll fix this on our end though with your provided files.
We'll double check that the strings you have pointed out are in the files. If you'd like an up to date strings list, please shoot us an email and we can send it to you. Alternatively, please feel free to list out the translations here or via email and we'll make sure they're included for the next release.
If you would like to be credited in Viscosity's documentation for this contribution, please let us know under what name.

Do you have to convert all files to UTF-8 to avoid display problems?
Otherwise as I said I hope I have not forgotten anything to translate it is possible to watch?
