Routing Traffic For Websites

Hi,
When I connect to a VPN, there are certain websites I don't wish to go through the VPN tunnel
I read through the routing traffic post in the knowledge base. I went to Robtex.com to do a lookup for the IP list. It works for some small websites. However, there is this one shopping site called taobao.com, even after I set up routing for the IPs, and visit the website, it still detects my VPN's geolocation.
It bugs me because the website has a global version and a local version, I think if they detect a foreign ip, they would redirect you to the global version of the website where they show much less product to buy from. Thus, everytime before visiting the website, I need to disconnect the VPN, very inconvenient.
Is it because there are still some relevant IPs I haven't covered in the routing table? If so, is there a way to find a complete list of the IPs ? I try to use a few other whois lookup websites, but it seems that Robtex.com can find me the most Ips so far.
Maybe there are other solutions to this ?
