I'm having an issue with a VPN that once it connects it immediately resets and then connects again. It is actually reaching, but it isn't staying connecting. I know the VPN is good because I use it with OpenVPN, but I'm trying Viscosity so that we can access it with our Surface Pro X's. This is the log it is giving, can anyone assist?

Hi Totalbc,

Your connection is being immediately interrupted, this will most likely be caused by a bad connection somewhere between you and the server, this could be your WiFi, Internet connection or at the servers end.

Please try using a UDP connection unless you have a specific need to be using a TCP connection as they are far more tolerant to dropouts.

If you have a USB Ethernet device you can plugin to the Surface, I would recommend trying that as well to rule out an issue with the local WiFi.

Regards,
Eric
