hello,
cannot delete visctap0901.sys, for it's protected by "trustedinstaller".
installed and deinstalled viscosity, an installed again. still having a driver problem and therefor no connection.
do you know how to delete "visctap0901.sys" from "C:\Windows\System32\drivers"?
thank you

Hi glixglax2,
We don't recommend making changes to the Windows System files. Could you please post the issues you're having with the driver, preferably an error message from Device Manager, and we can take a look.
If you're adamant on removing these files, you will need to take control of them to remove them. There are tools available called Driver Cleaners that will automate this process for you as well, I'm afraid we don't have any we have vetted or recommend though.
Regards,
Eric
