[Solved] Can't connect after upgrade to Windows 10

Hi adrian,
Thanks for updating your post with a solution. This is indeed the solution for now. We are looking at getting an update out that will hopefully alleviate the problem with the driver after the update automatically, but in the mean time simply running the installer again to re-install the driver will resolve the issue.
Regards,
Eric

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem with Win 10 but I'm using Witopia (who use viscosity). The Witopia installer completes but the viscosity driver never actually installs. I can reveal this problem by attempting to manually install viscocity9.1 as a legacy device. However, Windows 10 just hangs and eventually times out. I tried removing the lastest oemwin2k_amd64* folder from the Driverstore but win10 disallowed; said I needed permission from system.
Do the Witopia guys need a new release of viscosity before I can resolve this?
Andy

HI Andy,
We sent WiTopia an update to their custom version some time ago but they don't seem to have released it yet. If you contact WiTopia support, they should be able to provide you with access to the update.

Eric
