Cannot resolve VPN server address

Hi, I'm having an issue with Viscosity client.
I have a Pritunl server configured, and I'm able to connect using Pritunl or OpenVPN clients.
However, if I try the same profile on Viscosity, I get a DNS resolution error
2020-04-07 05:09:49: Viscosity Mac 1.8.5 (1537)
2020-04-07 05:09:49: Viscosity OpenVPN Engine Started
2020-04-07 05:09:49: Running on macOS 10.15.4
2020-04-07 05:09:49: ---------
2020-04-07 05:09:49: State changed to Connecting
2020-04-07 05:09:49: Checking reachability status of connection...
2020-04-07 05:09:49: DNS resolution failed for vpn.mydomain.com
2020-04-07 05:09:49: Connection is not reachable. Disconnecting.
2020-04-07 05:09:49: State changed to Disconnected
2020-04-07 05:09:49: Connection will be reconnected when it becomes reachable
I've tried replacing the hostname with my server's IP and I get the same error (DNS resolution failed for 123.123.123.123)
My server's DNS is public and available, is not misspelled (I use the same profile on other clients) and DNS resolution in general works fine on my system (I can ping, dig, netcat to this address or others).

Do you guys have an idea of what might be happening? Thanks a lot!

Hi rgseba,

Can you please post the following and we'll take a look. If you'd prefer not to post these in a public location please feel free to email them to us. Our support email address can be found at:
https://www.sparklabs.com/support/#contact

1. The Raw Configuration Data for your connection. You can view the raw configuration data for your Viscosity connection by opening Viscosity’s Preferences window, holding down the Option/Alt key on your keyboard, right-clicking (or control-clicking on Mac) on your connection, and selecting “View Configuration Data”.

2. The output from running a "dscacheutil" lookup on the VPN server's address as documented here:
https://www.sparklabs.com/support/kb/ar ... omain-name

Cheers,
James
