Hi,

Sorry if dupe, but haven't found any working solution to this. I have problems connecting to our OpenVPN server at work. Get the following error message in the log:
Tue Jun 2 20:50:14 2009: Attempting to establish TCP connection with x.x.x.x:1194 [nonblock]
Tue Jun 2 20:50:15 2009: TCP connection established with x.x.x.x:1194
Tue Jun 2 20:50:15 2009: TCPv4_CLIENT link local: [undef]
Tue Jun 2 20:50:15 2009: TCPv4_CLIENT link remote: x.x.x.x:1194
Tue Jun 2 20:50:17 2009: [server] Peer Connection Initiated with x.x.x.x:1194
Tue Jun 2 20:50:18 2009: Cannot open TUN/TAP dev OpenVPN: No such file or directory (errno=2)
Tun/tap has been installled in:
/Library/Extensions/tap.kext
/Library/Extensions/tun.kext

Also in:
/Library/Startupitems/tun
/Library/Startupitems/tap

I'm running the Viscosity app from the Applications folder. Running OS X 10.5.7.

Thanks for any help!

Problem solved.

Config was imported from a windows box, including the line:
dev-node openvpn

Didn't pay attention to it at first. Removed the line and now it works.

Sorry for the unnecessary post.
