Hi eddywang, Viscosity will automatically detect if your proxy server requires a username and password when you try and connect. If it does, Viscosity will ask you for them. You can either enter your username and password every time you try and connect, or save your details into the Keychain. Cheers...

Hi hcscherzer,

Try the following:

1. Open Viscosity's Preferences window
2. Select your connection and click the Edit button
3. Click on the Advanced tab
4. Remove the line containing "ip-win32 ..." from the commands area
5. Click the Save button and try connecting again
