To change your DNS: Go to the Network and Sharing Centre...

Hi Reitou223,

Setting a static DNS (to Google's for example, 8.8.8.8) should solve the problem, you should only have to do it for your primary Network Connection in Windows.

Hi freddy1975, I apologise for the delayed reply. Unfortunately running the service as Admin might be the only way at the moment unless you can locate a certificate store that the System user can access and read. I've gone through the MS Documentation about the Certificate Manager and have found not...

Hi Reitou223, Unfortunately this is a problem with Windows we are still trying to find a clean solution to. The easiest way to get this working at the moment will be to get those scripts working. Assuming you are using the .vbs scripts and not the .bat scripts, there is a bug in the current release ...

Hi pippobaudo, The logs are showing the disconnect is happening because something is blocking traffic being sent/received by the client. This could be caused by any firewall, antivirus or antispyware software that is doing a bad job of blocking traffic. It could also be your modem or router's inbuil...

Hi freddy1975, No matter what user you run Viscosity with, OpenVPN is going to be started as the user SYSTEM by ViscosityService, so storing the certificates in Personal probably isn't going to work (even though it should). The error you are getting indicates that there is something wrong with the c...

Hi pippobaudo, Are these messages appearing in your client or server log? Can you please provide a copy of the entire log so we can have a look through it for any clues. Also please check your server log to see if it displays any messages at the same time you receive errors on the client. Regards, E...
