Thanks for the feedback. I'm afraid we faced no problems using the official update from the Windows Store. What steps did you need to go through in order to re-enable the Viscosity NICs?

Hi SallyOh,
Please try going to the Advanced tab in the Viscosity preferences, and changing the OpenVPN Version to 2.2. This may help with your problem.

Hi SallyOh, The log indicates that the connection is successful, but the connection is then timing out. It looks like routes are not being set correctly. Hi PPrinz,
Netsh commands do require Administrator rights to execute. If you are trying to execute it from command line, you will need to make sure you start cmd.exe with administrator rights.
