Is there any way I can get both of these suffixes working when connected to VPN? Try turning on the "Use alternate DNS support" option under Preferences->Advanced, and then reconnect. It handles using multiple search domains in a better fashion, however it is not resistant to DHCP trigger...

Hi Matt, We haven't had any other reports of issues under 10.6.6, and we haven't uncovered any problems with our own initial tests (however it's impossible to test every possible VPN and network configuration). It's possible the update may have affected some of your network settings. You may like to...

Remove all of the commands from the Advanced commands area, as it's all specified with Windows in mind. Now go to the Networking tab, and click the small "+" button to add a new route. Enter the Route/IP as 10.1.0.0, the Mask as 255.255.0.0, and the Gateway as 10.1.6.1. Leave the Metric bl...

Hi Michael, I'm afraid I don't have much experience with SMB, so this is probably something you're better off getting in touch with your IT staff about. A few suggestions: - It might be faster connecting using the direct IP address (e.g. smb://x.x.x.x) - The delay could be caused by a bad DNS or WIN...

Hi tunix, Your Viscosity config looks fine, as does your server OpenVPN config, so I'd say the problem lies somewhere with your NAT setup on the server and/or any firewall rules you may have in place. Make sure NAT is configured to translate all IP address ranges on the interface (typically using ip...

Hi Omega,
Try editing your connection in Viscosity, clicking on the Advanced tab, and remove any lines starting with the "route-up" command. If there is anything else that looks Windows specific there you may also like to try removing it and see how you go.
Cheers,
James
