Hi dragusalexandru, Could you please provide a copy of the log when this happens and we can take a look? We use 2FA regularly and haven't experienced any problems so it is most likely something else related to the OpenVPN 2.5 update going on here - https://sparklabs.com/support/kb/article/logs-and-i...

Hi rps, If you are pushing no routes, no traffic should be going through the VPN thus DNS not resolving shouldn't be an issue in this case. The users local DNS servers should be answering connections. The exception here is if you are forcing users to Full DNS, of which case the local DNS servers wil...

Hi ITGregg, There's a few things going on here. You have two IPv6 DNS servers, however you have no IPv6 routes. Viscosity should be detecting these aren't reachable but isn't, so we'll look into why that is, however they will be timing out one by one and leading to no DNS via Viscosity. Please remov...

Hi Don, Usually if ViscosityService is causing the crash, you should see a stacktrace in a second event in the event log under or above what you have posted. If you do see this, could you please post a copy? If you don't see this, it means the crash isn't actually happening in Viscosity, but as the ...

Hi mujjy, The cryptoapicert command will check both the System/Machine store, and the user who is running Viscosity, this has been the case for some time with Viscosity. The service will first check the system store for a matching credential, if it is not found, you should see the following in the l...
