Hi jmbwell, When using the standard bundling template the connections and settings will be deployed for the user running the installer only. If you're deploying the package as a different user from the end-user (i.e. deploying it using a background or system management user instead of the end-user r...

Hi engineerbert, I'm afraid it is not possible to set or change configuration options from a Before Connect script. It is possible to set routes from a script, however please keep in mind adding or removing routes requires administration rights. You'd need to run the route commands in your script, o...

Hi Jim, Connecting to multiple VPN connections at the same time can be complicated as they may have clashing routes etc. This is all the more complex when using multiple different VPN applications to do it. Hi DominikHoffmann, You'll likely have to change the protocol to TCP as well (instead of UDP). If Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) is being used to block VPN connections, you'd need to look at using obfuscation: https://www.sparklabs.com/support/kb/article/setting-up-an-obfuscation-server-with-obfsproxy...

Hi mobhz, I'm afraid we'll need more information to figure out what is going on: Do you receive the same error with the latest stable version (1.8.5) of Viscosity? Did the workaround posted above for version 1.8.4 previously allow you to connect? Are you able to share any details about the identity ...

Hi Christian, Viscosity supports the OpenVPN protocol - it will be able to connect to any VPN server that supports this protocol. I'm afraid I'm not familiar enough with Fortinet's offerings to be able to say definitively whether they support OpenVPN or not, however based on a quick internet search ...
