Hi,

This is driving me nuts. I have reinstalled Viscosity 1.7.10 on High Sierra but this problem still persists.
I am importing connection files through the preferences > connections pane. I get the Connection/s Imported pop up. But the connections aren't appearing in the connection list. I have tried a number of VPN files with no joy.

Any ideas?

Hi Julianlstar,

I'm afraid this isn't something we've heard of happening before. When you import a connection it should appear at the bottom of the connections list: you may need to scroll the connections list down to see it.

If you're sure it isn't being imported, try checking the Console log for any error messages or warnings from Viscosity:

If you're still stuck please post a copy of the configuration file you're trying to import (without any sensitive files like your certificate/key), or email it to us, and we'll take a look.

Cheers,
James
