Hi Guys

Im running v.1.4 and I cant get it to install on Win7 64bit. Have unistalled and reinstalled.

In the log:

Nov 02 06:38:18: Network adapter created. Proceeding with connection attempt
Nov 02 06:38:18: State changed to Connecting
Nov 02 06:38:18: Bringing up interface...
Nov 02 06:38:20: Unable to activate interface, cancelling connection attempt.

Running as an administrator it wont install the drivers and I dont see the Visocosity service running. I have uninstalled my A/V (Avast) and Firewall (Privatefirewall). Running Win7 64bit Home Premium.

Hi Marcus,

First, please go to Start, and in the search box type services.msc, you will see this program appear in the list, right click it and select Run As Administrator.

In the new window, browse down the list to find Viscosity Service, right click it and select Start. Make sure the status changes to running (You may have to refresh the services list by pressing F5) then try to connect again. Let us know if you're still stuck after trying this.

Regards,

Eric
