Cannot connect to VPN
Got a problem with Viscosity or need help? Ask here!
Hi,
We are using Viscosity (for Windows 7) and openvpn (for XP Pro).
We cannot access to our VPN server and got this message from Viscosity:-
"A valid network to the remote server does not exist. Please make sure your computer has a valid network connection and try again. Viscosity can leave this connection disconnected, or it can automatically connect it when a valid network becomes available"
Below is the error message which captured from Windows XP system using OpenVPN:-

Hi Ian,
I believe we may have already addressed this one via email, but basically "mymazars.dyndns.org" is not a valid address (it has no DNS record associated with it). dyndns.org addresses are typically associated with a dynamic DNS - most likely you'll need to log into your dyndns.org account (or whoever set it up) and fix up the DNS record for the domain.
Cheers,
James
