Hi Jamie,

We are aware of an issue that could be causing this. It happens when the computer goes to sleep or into standby while a connection is active. We are having problems replicating it as it is only happening on a small number of computers, but we are hoping to have a fix in the next release.

In the mean time, if you un-tick the "Reconnect active connections on wake" check box in the General tab of the preferences window, it should minimize this crash from occurring.

Regards,

Eric

Hi Eric,

just to let you know I have a user who has developed this same problem. Any word on a fix yet? I have suggested to them your temporary work around above and waiting to hear their feedback.

Cheers

Ian

Hi Ian,

The latest release should have fixed this issue. We've had confirmations from several people that they no longer encounter this crash.

Are you using version 1.3.3?

Cheers,

Eric
