viscosity fails to connect

The VPN user had a successful vpn connection with viscosity on Mac OS .
but now with the vpn connection with the same files on a Windows 10 machine, after entering password (which is the right one), it failed to connect
please see the logs:

Hi myvisocisty33,

This error indicates that the cert and key do not match. You could have the wrong key or it could have become damaged when you downloaded it. Please try exporting the working connection from macOS (if this is for the same user) and importing it into Viscosity Windows.
