Windows 10 taskbar freezes on connect or disconnect

I got a chance to try this process and it ended up solving the problem. I am thinking maybe deleting the Viscosity folder before reinstalling did it, as I had tried reinstalling from the website and rebooting already. Not really sure, but it's working again. Thank you.
