Hi,

My usual scenario of using Viscosity is to connect to the network in one location, connect to the VPN and do things. Then I close the laptop and go to another place, that has different network.
Very often (not always) after opening laptop in the second place I find that Viscosity tray icon is yellow, when I right click on it, it pops up the menu suggesting I can disconnect from the VPN connection, but if I attempt to click on this item nothing happens, no way to close the menu, no way to open the main window, no way to close the Viscosity.
Effectively application is hung and the only option available is to kill the Viscosity process and start it again, which is very annoying.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Eric

Hi ekr,

What version of Viscosity are you running? Are you disconnecting the connection before you put your laptop to sleep? Are there any errors in the Event Viewer - http://sparklabs.com/support/kb/article ... nt-viewer/
