Hi,

I am having problems with Viscosity on Windows 10. It installs ok and I can import a connection but when I try and connect the details windows says that it is 'Creating....' and after some time it states that I need to be an admin, I am using the admin account and I still have the problem. I have no anti-virus running and cannot figure out what is wrong. The adapter shows up in device manager but that is about it.. Not sure what to do. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Hi brett,

Could you please try the following ensuring you are using the latest version of Viscosity from our website - http://sparklabs.com/support/kb/article ... wn-devices

If the problem still occurs, could you post screenshots or copies of the exact error you are receiving, as well as a copy of the log - http://sparklabs.com/support/kb/article ... envpn-log/

Regards,
Eric

Hi brett,

Please try the following:

Uninstall Viscosity from Programs and Features
Restart your PC
After reboot, disable any AV or Firewall products
Download the latest version of Viscosity again from our website and install it - http://sparklabs.com/viscosity/download/
