Viscosity disconnects with Reachability error
Got a problem with Viscosity or need help? Ask here!
Hi,
I did setup my Viscosity client yesterday and it worked fine from the office. Today, I'm working from home and cannot connect to VPN. I checked the error logs and it says:
Any idea what could be wrong? Could my home wifi be too slow to reach that same DNS? Or is my internet provider doing something weird?
thanks

Hi big_ali,
Are you able to resolve this address if you do an nslookup on it? To do this, go to Start, search cmd and open command prompt, then type in nslookup something.something.something. If no IP address is returned, try rebooting your PC.
Regards,
Eric
