Keychain in High Sierra
Got a problem with Viscosity or need help? Ask here!
Hi,
since High Sierra I can't save the proxy server password in keychain.
Every connection, the login prompt for the password appears, the "save into keychain" is functionless.
I reset my keychain, the first aid, like mentioned in the support site, I cannot do cause I haven't a first aid function.

Hi po11i,
I recommend checking whether the Keychain item for the proxy server exists. You can check this by doing a search in the Keychain Access application for the proxy server's address (e.g. proxy.domain.com). It won't appear if you do a search for "Viscosity".
If it already exists, try deleting it, restarting your computer, and then see if the issue persists. If it doesn't exist, then it means something is preventing the entry from being saved: I'd recommend seeing if any third-party tools could be causing any issues. Otherwise you could try creating your login Keychain from scratch, but you'll lose all your existing Keychain items when doing this, so I'd only recommend it as a last resort.
Cheers,
James
