Hi.

I am unable to connect anymore. I am getting this error:
Code: Select all
2017-10-18 12:26:25: Viscosity Mac 1.7.5 (1420)
2017-10-18 12:26:25: Viscosity OpenVPN Engine Started

2017-10-18 12:26:25: ---------
2017-10-18 12:26:25: State changed to Connecting
2017-10-18 12:26:25: Checking reachability status of connection...
2017-10-18 12:26:25: Connection is reachable. Starting connection attempt.
2017-10-18 12:26:25: ERROR: Endtag <//connection> missing
2017-10-18 12:26:25: Wed Oct 18 12:26:25 2017 Exiting due to fatal error
2017-10-18 12:26:25: The OpenVPN subsystem could not be started.
2017-10-18 12:26:25: State changed to Disconnected
Any thoughts as to why this is happening? I generated an OpenVPN configuration and imported it through the app.

Hi manbearpig,

It appears there is a problem with the configuration file:
Code: Select all
2017-10-18 12:26:25: ERROR: Endtag <//connection> missing
Before importing the connection, try removing any <connection> or </connection> tags using a text editor. Alternatively, edit your connection in Viscosity, click on the Advanced tab, and try removing any <connection> or </connection> tags listed in there.

Cheers,
James
