Viscosity alert keep showing up every few minutes
Got a problem with Viscosity or need help? Ask here!
Hi ididid,
If you're seeing a Connected and/or Disconnected Notification Centre alert every few minutes then it means your VPN connection is actually disconnecting and/or reconnecting every few minutes. You'll probably want to check the OpenVPN log to find out why:

If you wish to simply silence the alerts, you can customise the Notification Centre settings for Viscosity by going to the Apple menu, selecting System Preferences, clicking on the Notifications icon, and then selecting Viscosity from the application list.
Cheers,
James
