Stopped Connecting

i've been using Viscosity for a couple of months with no problems. All of a sudden I can't connect from hotel, Starbucks, anywhere. I'm on a MacBook Pro, 10.5.6. Here's the log entry in the Details pane:

I'm not an expert, so go easy with me on the instructions.

Hi,

I guess the first question to ask - have you been in touch with WiTopia about this? They have been making some changes to their service offering lately - perhaps something has changed with the config or your account?

That was the problem - got the info from Witopia and I'm back up and running securely. Thanks for the quick response.
